Service and Spare parts coordinator
As a Service & Spare Parts Coordinator, you play a key role within our after-sales team. You support the technical purchasers and the administration department in all activities related to service and spare parts. This includes handling the discussion, definition, quotation, follow-up and sales of spare parts, as well as the processing and monitoring of service reports to ensure that our customers are always supported in a correct and timely manner. In this role, you maintain close contact with our customers. You guide them in selecting the right spare parts based on the technical documentation of the projects, and you make sure their requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will always be working from within our company, where together with your colleagues you contribute to smooth and high-quality after-sales support.

- Fluent with PC, Office, ...
- Able to speak, read and write Dutch and English fluently.
- Technical background is a plus point.
