Administrative assistant, technical buyer

As an administrative assistant/technical buyer you will be primarily an administrative support for purchasing, its follow-up and processing. As well as refectory responsibility. Later this can be extended to additional administrative support for service reporting, accounting, marketing, sales, hourly registration processing, invoice preparation, pre- and post-calculations, ... This position can be combined with technical purchasing of parts, this can eventually become a large part of the job, but is not a must. A technical background is important for this. Employment is basically always in the company.

Your profile

  • Fluent with PC, Office, ...
  • Able to speak, read and write Dutch and English fluently.
